Tip of the Week CHALLENGE!!!!!

Here's a Challenge for readers...All entries receive a FREE GIFT!!!
And that gift is influenced by today's Tip...

Do you experience crazy busy days that leave customers lining up to see you?
And by the time you sit down with that customer they are grumpy and miserable
for having waited so long?  Have a bundle of coupons handy from your
neighborhood coffee house.  Maybe it's Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Serious Coffee,
whatever the closest to your dealership is, and gift the customers waiting enough
coupons that they can take a half-hour/hour break and get a coffee, a snack, or lunch,
whatever they need to help make the wait manageable.   They'll think you're the
greatest business manager they ever ran into, they'll thank their lucky stars, and
come back refreshed and ready to spend some time with you!

THE CHALLENGE?!
Submit your Tip of the Week and receive a $10 coupon booklet for your neighborhood
coffee house, just to get you started!  The favourite Tip of the Week as chosen by
a readers choice vote will receive a 30-minute complimentary phone consultation with
Profit Drivers, Automotive Business Manager Training to improve the career area of your
choice.  If you submit a Tip of the Week but are not working at a dealership, you will
receive a $10 coupon booklet/gift card from your preferred coffee house for your own
enjoyment or to share with your co-workers!  Should your Tip of the Week be the
readers choice selection, we will substitute the 30-minute complimentary phone consultation
with a 30-minute brainstorming session to offer a fresh look at an area you want to improve!

I agree, the dealership should supply the coupons. In case you have great resistance from them though, buy them from your own pocket...depending on how busy your store is, you will probably only need to spend $20 to $30/month. If you spend more than that it means you are super busy and making lots of commissions anyway and that little amount of money will not be significant compared to the stress relief it will provide!
